Business in the Front, Party in the Back

I am a fan of maxi dresses, I really am.  I just can't wear them.  I have tried on countless maxi dresses and purchased none.  It's difficult to find one that flatters a petite 5'2 fashionista with short legs.  Recently, I have seen several styles of dresses that feature a short hem in the front and tapers to a longer hem in the back.  This style seems more flattering for short vertically challenged women.  Thus, I present my solution: Business in the Front, Party in the Back!

I actually sported this style dress for my Senior Prom back in 2005.  It was my favorite formal dress, and I was sad that I only got to wear it on one occasion.

No jokes allowed....I was only 17 :)

So cute! I'm 5'2 as well and had the hardest time finding a maxi dress that looked right on me, after weeks of searching I found a really cute leopard print one that I l.o.v.e don't worry it's not tacky leopard print.. I was really shocked that it fit me!
